About Me
My greatest passion is helping others to see that there is deep empathy and compassion for who we are on the inside: our thoughts, emotions, fears, and beliefs that some of us grew up feeling that we needed to hide or feel shame about.I am still on my own journey of transformation, but I have learned that by allowing Jesus to embrace all of who I am (my heart, soul, mind), I have entered into deeper intimacy with God and greater confidence in who I believe He has created me to be, which brings me great joy and purpose in life. Through coaching, my hope is to see others experience this transforming truth in their life as well.On a personal note, I have been married for 15 years and have 2 beautiful daughters as well as 2 cavapoo puppies! I truly love deep conversation, being in nature, animals, exercising and being simple and organized - I'll always have a clean fridge! :)
